Experience
John is a Pennsylvania Certified General Appraiser, employed by Shelterfield
Valuation Services since 2003. He is also a member of TReND – the
multiple listing service for more than 27,000 real estate professionals
in the Philadelphia metropolitan region including Kent and New Castle
counties in Delaware; Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer and Salem
counties in New Jersey; and Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery,
and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania. Since beginning his employment
at Shelterfield as an appraisal assistant, John has acquired a broad range
of general real estate valuation experience and skills.
Since 2006, John has chaired Greater Norristown Corporation’s
marketing committee. The Greater Norristown Corporation is a group of
area professionals who serve as facilitators for members of the local
business community, with the ultimate goals of preserving and revitalizing
this historic seat of Montgomery County, Pa. In 2007, John was appointed
to the selection committee for Norristown’s municipal marketing
campaign. John is also a volunteer firefighter with the Goshen Fire Company
in West Chester, Pa.
